I have not seen any of Brand's films. But Elvis Mitchell did an hour-long interview with Brand (in 2011) on The Treatment that blew me away (it's available via itunes and here). Even if Brand does not always (IMO) succeed career-wise, the interview convinced me that he's a genius.
